Wind Energy Science Conference 2017

Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby Campus

26 June - 29 June 2017

Wind Energy Science Conference 2017 (WESC-2017) is the first of a series of bi-annual conferences launched by the European Academy of Wind Energy (EAWE), with the support of EERA. The purpose of the conference is to gather leading scientists and researchers in the field of wind energy to present their latest findings. The conference covers all scientific topics in wind energy. Acceptance for oral presentations will be based on a 1-page abstract and, in order to cover the latest news, there will be no papers published during the conference. However, the conference is organized in close collaboration with the Wind Energy Science journal (www.wind-energy-science.net) and presenters are encouraged to submit their work to this journal. A main idea of the conference is that scientists interested in various aspects of wind energy can meet across traditional scientific borders and present their latest findings.
